Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Fabrico is operated by Amcy Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Fabrico," "we," "us," or "our"). Fabrico is built for businesses: our customers are window treatment suppliers and retailers, and the people who use Fabrico do so on behalf of those businesses.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and business information. Name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, role, and profile details you add when you request access to or use Fabrico.
- Order and transaction data. Orders, quotes, product specifications, pricing, invoices, shipping details, and related records you create on the platform.
- Communications. Messages you send through Fabrico, including in-app conversations between businesses and, where you enable it, text messages sent and received through your connected messaging provider.
- Customer and contact records. Contact information for your own customers and leads that you or your connected tools add to your Fabrico workspace. You are responsible for having the right to add that information.
- Support requests. Information you send us when you contact support.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. App interactions, log data, IP address, device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens.
- Diagnostic data. Crash reports and performance data used to keep the apps reliable.
Information from integrations you connect
If you connect third-party services to Fabrico (described in Section 6), we receive the data needed to provide the feature you enabled — for example invoice status from your payment provider, or calendar events you choose to sync.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Fabrico platform;
- To route orders, messages, and notifications between the businesses you transact with;
- To operate features you enable, including integrations, automations, and AI-assisted features such as order summaries and document import;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To monitor, secure, and improve the platform, and to prevent fraud and abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the business data in your workspace to advertise to you or anyone else.
4. SMS & text messaging
Fabrico lets businesses send and receive text messages with their own customers through their connected messaging provider (Twilio). When messaging features are used:
- Consent. Businesses using Fabrico are responsible for obtaining consent from their message recipients before sending texts.
- Opting out. Recipients can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Message content. Message content and delivery metadata are stored so that businesses can view their conversation history.
5. Google user data
If you choose to connect your Google account, Fabrico requests access only to the Google services needed for the features you enable:
- Google Calendar — to create and sync appointment events you schedule in Fabrico;
- Google Sheets — to append rows to spreadsheets you designate in your automations;
- Google Drive — to file document exports into folders you designate.
We access Google user data only to provide these user-facing features. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read this data except with your explicit permission, where necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law. You can disconnect Google at any time from the Integrations screen in Fabrico or from your Google Account permissions page; disconnecting deletes our stored Google credentials.
6. Connected integrations
Fabrico offers optional integrations that you connect and can disconnect at any time, including payment and invoicing providers (such as Square and QuickBooks), messaging providers (such as Twilio), workspace tools (such as Slack and Google), and inbound lead sources. When you connect an integration:
- Authorization credentials are stored server-side, encrypted, and are never exposed to other businesses on the platform;
- We exchange only the data required for the feature — for example, creating a draft invoice with your payment provider, or posting a notification to a Slack channel you selected;
- Your use of each connected service remains governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
7. How we share information
- With businesses you transact with. Fabrico is a marketplace: order details, messages, and business profile information are shared with the counterparty business as part of each transaction. Confidential commercial terms, such as your cost pricing, are shared only with the specific counterparty relationship they belong to.
- With service providers. We use vendors to run the platform — including cloud hosting and databases (Google Cloud / Firebase), messaging delivery (Twilio), transactional email (SendGrid), payment and invoicing providers you connect (Square, Intuit QuickBooks), and AI processing for features you invoke. Service providers may use the data only to provide services to us.
- For legal reasons. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fabrico, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
8. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal and audit obligations. Operational logs, such as integration delivery and automation run logs, are retained for limited periods and then deleted automatically. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records such as completed transactions.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, server-side storage of integration credentials, per-business access controls, and audit logging of sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.
10. Your rights & choices
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can access and update most account information in the apps. You may request a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address below.
- Disconnecting integrations. Every integration can be disconnected from the Integrations screen, which revokes and deletes the stored credentials for that service.
- Push notifications. You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, delete, or correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor such requests as required by applicable law.
11. Children
Fabrico is a business platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of Fabrico after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
